• They are rare – Medicines for pets are very precise and often pretty rare. For example, if you have a sick dog, there is not just one single type of medicine you can give to him to help him feel better. Your dog’s ailments could be much different from the ailments of the dog the vet saw earlier in the day. Because different medications need to be recommended for different things, it is counter-productive to buy in bulk with the hope that you may be saving money.
• Retailers have no reason to sell cheap – If you need veterinary medicine for your pet, the stores know you love your pet enough to pay for it. They know you need it.
